Aspect Homes is not your typical builder. We were not born with a silver hammer in our hands, nor did we travel to job sites with our forebears on take your kid to work day and get bit by the construction bug.
So where did we start?
Where everyone does after university, in the field that your degree intended. In this case, for Michael and Anthony respectively, the worlds of finance and sales. But the selling and the selling left both wondering and wanting. Wanting to build something, and be of real service to others, with bricks and mortar and trusses and paint. Concrete stuff to put their stamp on.
And thus Aspect Homes was conceived. Or created. Or incorporated... you get the idea. With a company mission of providing aspirational builds for real life.
Real (beautiful) homes, for your sometimes messy but wonderful life. Spaces for growing families, or those looking to empty the proverbial nest. Houses for ALL the families... two cats, one woman OR one dog, two empty-nesters. EVEN your classic two parents plus one-point-five kids.

Builders in Ontario are deemed to provide statutory warranty coverage as described in the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act.
This coverage includes:
